CMCTs deliver short-term, voluntary, mobile/on-site, face-to-face therapeutic responses to children and youth in behavioral health crisis and their family. Any child/youth residing in Philadelphia regardless of insurance can access the service (with adult assistance as applicable) by calling the Philadelphia Crisis Response (PCR), formerly known as the Acute Services Unit via the 24/7 Crisis Line, at 215-685-6440 for the dispatch of a Children's Mobile Crisis Team (CMCT).
